Ravenslade were commissioned in 2021 to provide full project control functions of the Project Management and Quantity Surveying roles to manage a new 45,000 sq ft factory and 2 storey office space which has successfully received planning consent. 

The development is situated in the West Midlands within easy reach of the M42 and M1, M6 and M40 beyond. Bretby Business Park is situated on a well-established 35 acre site consisting of 323,000 sq.ft of office and industrial accommodation. 

The plateau development area is situated on former coal workings and ground remediation and piling for the foundations are required. The wider scheme consists of 70,000 sq ft of 3 new industrial blocks together with new roadways and utilities works to service the site.
