Situated in the Surrey Green Belt area, Ravenslade were commissioned to work alongside JSD Design and the Planning team to develop innovative designs and prepare a Planning Application for a outstanding bespoke home with high sustainability credentials.

Following a careful site analysis including assessing the physical features of the site, solar orientation and a landscape impact assessment, the design was set within the slope of the site, optimising sustainability credentials and minimising impact in Green Belt and landscape terms.

Our role was to provide early cost modelling and to oversee and manage all planning activities including assembling the many pre-application surveys and site investigations needed to evaluate the site risks and constraints.
