Broadclyst Condition Improvement Works
Our building surveying team were tasked with undertaking major re-roofing and essential internal fire precaution work in a live school environment. We also had to work around the strict constraints imposed by a Natural England licence for the presence of rare long eared bats in the roof void.
This was an enjoyable project that took us back to our building surveying roots and reminded us of the interesting challenges and rewards of working on historic buildings, including how essential it is to identify defects and find solutions at the very earliest of survey stages.
