Ravenslade provided Project Management services on the £8.5M purpose-built ‘all through’ new school facility in conjunction with Devon County Council and NPS.

The works were carried out under the Design and Build form of contract with the main works completed in just over a year. The new facility comprises many multi-use spaces and large well-ventilated hall areas served by efficient natural fresh air systems.

Ravenslade maintained the standard of build and finishes remained high by ensuring compliance with the Employer Requirements and providing on-going reviews of the design elements. Regular teams meeting were held with the Contractor to monitor programme and coordinate the handover of the various elements in line with the Clients expectations.

The works were completed on time and on budget.
