Ravenslade were appointed as purchasers surveyors by Grenadier Estates to represent their interests on the construction of this 26,000 sq ft office building.
The brief commenced with Due Diligence and an Initial Audit at the Development Agreement stage. The role continued with monitoring of the financial drawdown requests received from the property developer and assessing quality and specification compliance throughout the construction and fit out stages.
The whole space was pre-let to the LV insurance company who installed the Cat B fit out works.
This project was the first EPC A+ graded office building in the south west. For a building to achieve this rating, it must be energy efficient, produce clean energy which will be consumed on site and be suitably insulated.
