Located in Noss Mayo within the lovely South Hams area of South Devon, Priors Hill is set in an enviable location with incredible views over the River Yealm.

The works consisted of the extensive re-modelling of a 1960’s split level house for the owners who lived overseas. The outcome was a modern and contemporary home for the owners to visit for holidays with the intention to eventually move into when relocating back to the UK.

Ravenslade were appointed at inception of the project and were entrusted to closely manage and oversee all aspects of the construction stage on the owners behalf, liaising with all parties on site, administering the build contract and certifying valuations of the works.
