Planning Consent has been granted in 2023 for 10 NET ZERO industrial business units at Bridgwater Gateway.

This fantastic design is a result of a lot of research and innovation by the client and the design team. The EPC A+"scandi style" design has resulted in a reduction of embedded carbon in the construction of at least 75%+ against a standard unit.  

Using timber frame construction, the units can be 100% operated off grid in terms of energy thanks to a large solar array and battery, whilst still incorporating dedicated EV charging for each unit.

Occupiers want better design and lower energy costs which is exactly what this development is striving to achieve.
