A modest size project in a beautiful part of the South Hams area in Devon, consisting of a new garage with games room above for a family who permanently resided in Singapore and used the home for holidays.

The owners entrusted Ravenslade to undertook all duties to manage the build contract from tender stage to handover, to keep them fully informed on progress and advise them on the client decisions that were required at each stage.
