The Wilton Carpet Factory had a collection of disused buildings ranging from Grade 2 listed buildings which housed the original factory to other early 20th century industrial spaces.

The 52,000sqft conversion into designer outlet retail outlets was anchored by Edinburgh Woollen Mill with the developers Eagle One retaining the development within their investment portfolio.
