Bridgwater Gateway is a new business park in a prime location with planning consent and site infrastructure in place for 40 acres of land allocated for employment use.
Ravenslade were appointed to provide full Project Management and Quantity Surveying services and have been retained since 2016 to manage several phases of work including:

• Provision of on-site infrastructure that enable serviced plots and efficient delivery programmes for future development.

• 50,000 sq ft of speculative build industrial units built in two phases consisting of 10 self contained units with mezzanine floors. Phase 1 completed in 2020 with Phase 2 completed in 2023.
