NEW BUILD INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT - PLOT 1600 PHASE 2 BRIDGWATER GATEWAY
Phase 2 involved the construction of a new terrace block of 5 self-contained speculative industrial units totalling 26,000sqft for let. Each unit of 5,300sqft consisted of a clear span warehouse area and an accommodation block with a fully fitted first-floor office suite.
The USP of this development is the large separate car park to the front with separate rear access to a generous service yard. In keeping with the high quality of the business park, landscaping around the units includes the planting of trees and hedging together with a mixture of grass and shrubs. The development was completed in January 2023 at a cost of £2.8m
